1. Each vendor space is approximately 6 ft x 4 ft.

2. Vendors must bring their own table. Chairs are provided.

3. Early Bird Fee: $75.00 + 13% HST per space if submitted before August 1st, 2026.

4. Standard Vendor Fee: $80.00 + 13% HST per space on or after August 1st, 2026.

5. Payment details will be provided upon application approval.

6. REFUND POLICY: A refund of 80% will be issued for cancellations made before October 1st, 2026.

7. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made on or after October 1st, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS.

8. Vendors are responsible for their own display setup, merchandise, and liability.

9. The Hamilton Christmas Market reserves the right to refuse or remove any vendor whose products do not align with market standards.

10. Vendors must be set up by 10:30 AM and may not pack down before 4:00 PM.

11. By submitting this application, the vendor agrees to all terms and conditions above.
